One of the deep mysteries to me is our logo, the symbol of lust and knowledge, bitten into, all crossed with the colors of the rainbow in the wrong order. You couldn’t dream of a more appropriate logo: lust, knowledge, hope, and anarchy.

Polaroid instant photography is back

It seems that the last preserved Polaroid plant in Enschede – Netherlands started a project with the aim saving instant photography from extinction.

The Impossible Project has now succeeded in its task of reproducing a new analog instant film for traditional Polaroid cameras.

U.S. Urban Green Council new identity

Pentagram’s newest identity work is the USGBCNY’s (U.S. Green Building Council New York Chapter) brand identity, now called Urban Green to emphasize the institution’s considerable expertise in city-based environmental issues.

Apple exploring 3D head-tracking, battery life improvements

Future Apple hardware could track the location of a user and adjust a 3D display according to their position, creating the illusion that an on-screen object is physically present.

Known as head-tracking, the technology has been known and implemented for sometime. But a new patent application filed by Apple this week suggests the Mac maker could employ the advanced method to allow users greater interactivity with their computer.

The flowing breeze slides down the surface of the water passing soundlessly. The area between the desk top and the curve can be utilised as a space for putting books, news papers, or clothes. A gentle curve is carefully chosen to be harmonized with breeze in the space or even music around the space.
